Please note that there is a deadline for application submission, and a deposit is required to secure your spot.
Individual players need to submit a $300 deposit per person, while teams need to submit a $3000 deposit.
RESEVATION WITH DEPOSIT MUST BE BEFORE JUNE 15, 2023.
The cancellation policy allows for 100% free cancellation until October 1, 2023, but after that date, there will be no cancellation permitted.
As hotel rooms are almost at full capacity, it is recommended not to wait too long to submit your application to avoid missing out.
